A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 600-Watt. Once exceeding, the Sirius 600W will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.
A: Working time = 568Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 568Wh*0.85/60w=8hrs (rough calculated) .

A: The Sunpower 100W is splashproof. To maximize the lifespan of the module, Please don’t make it get too wet.
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
A: We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
A: Yes, the 100W solar panel has 1* USB-C(5V,3A) output port and 1* USB-A(5V, 2.4A) output port.

Yes, our Sirius power station have a power saving function:
For AC output, when the output power is less than 3W, the power station will shut down automatically after 8 hours.
For DC output, when the output is less than 50mAh, the power station will shut down automatically after 4 hours.
For USB output, when the output is less than 30mAh, the power station will shut down automatically after 3 minutes.

Bought this for hurricane prep along with 24 inch TV and antenna to keep us updated with the hurricane center at the local TV station. The load was 22 watts so this device ran my tv continuously for 20 hours on a single charge. the 100 watt solar panel puts out in reality about 90 watts in direct sun so if you are watching tv during power failure during the day you get a net charge but at night a 22 watt hour discharge. With the 10 hour a day duty cycle we plan to have and the usually clear weather following a hurricane we calculate we should have this coverage for ever as long as the sun is out………..
