A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the Sirius 500W will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 595Wh*0.85/60w=8.4hrs (rough calculated) .

A: The Sunpower 100W is splashproof. To maximize the lifespan of the module, Please don’t make it get too wet.
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
A: We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
A: Yes, the 100W solar panel has 1* USB-C(5V,3A) output port and 1* USB-A(5V, 2.4A) output port.

Yes, our Sirius power station have a power saving function:
For AC output, when the output power is less than 3W, the power station will shut down automatically after 8 hours.
For DC output, when the output is less than 50mAh, the power station will shut down automatically after 4 hours.
For USB output, when the output is less than 30mAh, the power station will shut down automatically after 3 minutes.

I purchased this Oxteco 500 watt solar inverter generator to take primitive camping with me. It has held a charge for days while charging different items at once. I couldn’t get the top cell phone charger to work for me, but I can still plug it in & charge it with the cord so no big deal. Be aware that it has 350 starting watts even tho it’s a 500 watt inverter, which might limit you for using really small appliances. Buy a higher power model if you plan on using it for that. I love the lamp light on it which is way better than a flashlight which other brands have.
And customer service was great. There was a pricing issue that they dealt with straight away.
It’s a very hearty, well built inverter generator. I haven’t had to recharge it yet so I haven’t used the solar panels.
All in all it’s a great item.

It’s very portable- the solar panels set up easy and store easy. Didn’t realize you couldn’t just leave them out in rain but not a big deal. It does have to be very sunny for it to charge but charges fast in bright sun. Only using it for small stuff, overall a good product .

Has enough watts to keep a fan or oil heater going for a good while and small electric cooking appliances. Was in Texas during ice storm in 2021. With no electricity for a week in a rural area it was difficult. This year I will be prepared . The seller is very helpful.

Great alternative to carrying around heavy batteries. the OXTECO Sirius 500W is a awesome little power station I was able to run my car fridge on eco-mode drawing about 40w When on For 38 hours with two small USB fans this will be a great asset to us went out camping the solar panel they sent on a cloudy day was putting out about 50w Can’t wait To use it on our next camping trip. Compared to another power station I had this one seems very sturdy and build well it just feels really good they use quality materials to build them. Would definitely recommend this.
