A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 1200-Watt. Once exceeding, the Sirius1200W will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.
A: Working time = 1040Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 1040Wh*0.85/60w=14.7hrs (rough calculated) .
Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

A: Yes, you can use the Sirius1200W to charge devices, while it's being re-charged at the same time.
A: The Sunpower 100W is splashproof. To maximize the lifespan of the module, Please don’t make it get too wet.
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
A: We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
A: Yes, the 100W solar panel has 1* USB-C(5V,3A) output port and 1* USB-A(5V, 2.4A) output port.

I really like this product so far. It definitely deserves 5 stars. It is very portable, maneuverable and has a 2 years warranty. Feels very durable. Relatively light weight to me. I like how both the solar generator and solar panels have carrying handles. I charged the generator with both the AC wall outlet and the solar panels. I highly recommend this product. Just wish the cost was less expensive.

No one should expect this to serve as a whole house generator. In a blackout or a crisis, however, this offers sufficient power to meet some minimal needs such as recycling a fridge or freezer for short intervals or perhaps using a small microwave. The fact that it can charge by solar makes it even more practical for such a time. Mine came 50% charged. I fully charged it and stored it for time of need. Could be great for camping as well.

The unit outperformed my expectations, it runs my large fridge for 6 hours and had 55% remaining power. It also runs two of my appliances rated for 1300 watts, toaster and k cup coffeemaker. It doesn’t run my 1500 watt rated toaster oven but I didn’t expect it to! It is mostly quiet except for occassionally when the cooling fan runs. It charges quickly as stated from the solar panels or ac, i haven’t tested from 12V yet but feel car batteries don’t have enough capacity except for a top off charge.

Used this to run my ham radio station, had no RF interference. Only thing I heard from the unit was when the fan turned on and would run for a only about a minute. If it hadn’t been on the floor next to me I probably wouldn’t even have heard it. Very quiet.

Arrived with 70% charge, hooked up the solar panels. After 30 mins charge was over 80%, used an inside wall socket to finish charge to 100% due to rain.
Plugged a small refrigerator to it and it used about 14% charge per hour. Then tried it on our 50 in TV work very well, although the TV used more power than Iwould had thought, will use smaller TV during power outage.
Very easy to set up to charge using the solar panels. Zipper pouches on the back of the panels are very convenient for storing the necessary wires.
Very satisfied with this purchase.
