A: 1. Your purchase order (including purchases on Solar Generator Bundles) will be shipped separately if the order contains more than one item.

Q: Is the solar panel waterproof?
A: The Sunpower 100W is splashproof. To maximize the lifespan of the module, Please don’t make it get too wet.
Q: Why the solar can not produce 100W power when charging to Sirius 1200W power station?
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
Q: How to clean the solar panel surface?
A: We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
Q: Can the solar panel charge smartphones and tablet?
A: Yes, the 100W solar panel has 1* USB-C(5V,3A) output port and 1* USB-A(5V, 2.4A) output port.
Can I connect multiple panels together?
Do the panels have auto-restart while in the sun?
Of course. It starts charging again the moment it produces enough output for the attached device to charge.

Disclaimer: I’m a solar newbie and have only used this once so far.
I bought this as a first attempt into using solar to charge my power pack for emergency and camping needs. This is lightweight and seems sturdy enough for what it does.
It’s quite portable, but even folded up is a bit big when I’m trying to pack my camping gear tightly. It lays flat but I’m not comfortable putting anything heavy on it. I wouldn’t take this backpacking (of course, I wouldn’t carry my battery pack either when backpacking).
I tested it when I first received it. It charged my Oxteco power pack just fine but I could only get it to charge around 25 watts in direct sunlight. Again, this was my first time using it and maybe there are some secrets…but it works.

Just got an Oxteco 1200 with two Sunpower 100W panels.
Some observations: (1) With direct sunlight and the solar panel pointed directly at the sun, I was able to get up to 90 Watts of power. (2) However, if only ONE of the 32 square cells of the solar panel is blocked from the sun, the power output dropped dramatically by about 25%. One would expect that the drop in power would only be about 3% (=1/32) but, no, the drop if much larger. Someone else mentioned that the panel does not use bypass diodes and that’s the reason for the behavior. Bottom line: Try to make sure that all 32 cells are illuminated when using and that none are shaded. (3). When using both Sunpower 100W panels together with the provided coupler, the charging efficiency seems to drop dramatically. I was getting about 85 W from each of two panels, but when I hooked them both up together to the Oxteco 1200 with the provided adaptor, the power input just read 150 Watts instead of 85 + 85 = 170 Watts. Perhaps the coupler is not efficient or the Oxteco 1200 itself is throttling down the input power because 170 W is too high for it?
