Once an order is processed it cannot be edited or cancelled.

There is a short window of time between when your order is placed and when it is processed to ship. During this window, if you would like to edit or cancel your order, we will make our best effort to stop the box from processing to complete any requests. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.

If you would like to cancel or edit your order, reach out to our support team at support@oxteco.com and include your first and last name and the email address you entered at checkout. We will do our best to complete any changes to your order before it is processed.

If you are unhappy with your most recent box, simply contact us and request to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your item has shipped.Due to the big size of Oxteco Power Stations & Solar Panels and the limitation transpotation of battery,  it will takes about 10-15 days to your address.

We have 5 warehouses in different countries (China, Japan, Germany, US, UK). We will ship your items according to the inventory capacity. We will ship the power stsations and solar panels to some European coutries (UK, German, French, Italy and Spanish), US, Japan. If you would like to ship our power station to your country, please contact us for confirmation firstly.

Generally we will ship your package within 24 hours after receive your order on business days. In special situation such as product pre-sales or out of stock, we will explain the shipping time on the product page.

Of course, OXTECO power stations have a total of three input ports, and the fastest full recharging time is about 3 hours


You can use the OXTECO power stations to charge other things, while it’s being recharged at the same time. However, it is scientifically NOT recommended because it will decrease the battery life cycle.

A: Yes, the Sirius is safe to use indoors.

Working time = 1040Wh* 0.85 / operating wattage of your device

For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 1040Wh*0.85/60w=14.7hrs (rough calculated) .

Yes, you can keep it plugged in to continue charging. It won’t cause any battery damage.

When the power station is charged at a low power (constant current stage), the charging power is the largest. With the increase of the power, the internal battery pack voltage of the energy storage gradually increases to the charging limit voltage and then enters the constant current stage (the charging power gradually decreases to full). In the later stage of charging, the charging power gradually decreases. Please kindly take a long time to charge to 100%.
